Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique® (QHHT) is a method developed by Dolores Cannon to help people access their Higher Self — the deeply wise, eternal aspect of you that holds your soul's memory, purpose, and healing potential.
Through a guided journey into a deeply relaxed state, we invite the subconscious to speak directly. The result can be healing, clarity, remembering — and sometimes, transformation that unfolds long after the session ends.

Not at all. You don’t have to believe in anything — just come with curiosity and an open heart. Your Higher Self will bring through what’s most helpful for you in the way you’re most ready to receive it.
Hypnosis in this method is a very natural state — similar to daydreaming or being deeply relaxed. You’ll be aware, able to speak, and in control the whole time. Even people who are analytical or “bad at meditating” usually go deep enough to connect with their inner wisdom.
Yes. You’ll be in a relaxed state, but not unconscious. Many people remember much of what’s said — and you’ll also receive a recording to revisit afterward, which often reveals even more during integration.
All of you is welcome. Tears, silence, laughter, confusion — it’s all part of the journey. I hold a deeply a space where you don’t have to perform, and we move at your pace. There’s no way to do it “wrong.”
